Introduction

This website (www.lucibelleparis.ae) is owned and operated by STI INNOVATIONS LIGHTING EQUIPMENT TRADING L.L.C (hereinafter referred to as: “we”, “us”, “the Company”). These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors general information concerning LED beauty masks and photobiomodulation solutions, and a shop where visitors can buy our products (LED Beauty Masks, devices and accessories). By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you (hereinafter referred to as: “you” or “the Customer”) must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
 

General Terms of Sale

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

 

The prices we charge for using our services / for our Products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for Products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.

Delivery and Shipping

The delivery is provided by STI INNOVATIONS LIGHTING EQUIPMENT TRADING L.L.C. to the location in the UAE specified by the Customer in the order. 

Delivery to other GCC countries is available on request at an additional cost. In this case, all prices are quoted Ex-Works Dubai (delivery fees not included). Order tracking can be provided for GCC deliveries that we arrange.

The shipment/services can NOT be provided to any of the OFAC (sanctioned) countries in accordance with the law of the UAE.

Processing & Shipping Times:

Orders are typically processed within 48-72 hours from the day they are placed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Standard shipping times are 1 to 4 weeks. Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Price and Payment

Prices are quoted in AED. Payment may be required before the Product is provided and, if not, payment is due from the moment the order is accepted. Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, Paypal or any other such method that STI INNOVATIONS LIGHTING EQUIPMENT TRADING L.L.C. may introduce at its absolute discretion. Accepted cards are Visa and Mastercard.

Return & Refund

​Any order can be replaced or cancelled (refunded) within 14 days after delivery if:
(i) The wrong Product is delivered, or
(ii) The Product is defective: broken or not functioning since purchase, or
(iii) The Product is damaged during shipping.

 

In those cases, the Customer would contact STI INNOVATIONS LIGHTING EQUIPMENT TRADING L.L.C. within 14 days of the date they received the Product (the delivery date being binding) to arrange the replacement or the cancellation of the order

Warranty

Warranty is provided for 2 years from the date of purchase (date of the Receipt), and covers any internal defects of the Product: such as design, material or manufacturing flaws. 

The following points are explicitly exempt from the Warranty:

* Wheels, supply cable(s), and external body damage (including normal wear & tear from use);

* Parts or accessories not manufactured by the Company, in case of alteration or removal of the batch number affixed in the factory, in case of assembly, disassembly, intervention or modification carried out by a third party not authorized by the Company;

* Defects that are established to have resulted from the Customer’s non-compliance with the instructions for use or maintenance provided by the Company and outlined in the User Manual;

* Defects that are established to originate from negligence or from an external cause unrelated to the Product such as improper electrical installation, lack of maintenance, lack of supervision, a fire, water damage, sand or liquid intrusions, improper storage, abnormal use, use in a humid or outdoor environment, a fall.

Under no circumstances shall the Company be held liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit) resulting from the use of the Product not in accordance with this user guide or for purposes other than those for which the Product was intended.


To submit a valid Warranty Claim:

(i) The Customer must notify the Company at the email address contact@lucibelleparis.ae of any defects attributed to the Product(s) as soon as such defects occur. The Customer must provide the following:

• A detailed description of the attributed defect(s);
• The serial number of the Product and its conditions of use;
• Proof of purchase (the Receipt)

(ii) The Company will process the Warranty Claim and notify the Customer about the decision. 

(iii) After receiving a notification from us that the defect is recognized under this Warranty, the Customer is authorized to arrange a return shipment for the defective Product to the address of our premises: STI Innovations L.L.C, Warehouse 2, Marabea Street, Al Quoz 1, Dubai, UAE. The cost of this return shipment is covered by the Customer.

(iv) The Company will examine the Product and, at its discretion, either repair the relevant defect(s) or replace the Product. If we are unable to repair or replace the Product within a reasonable time, the Customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the Product to us. 

(v) Repaired or replaced Product will be shipped back to the Customer. The cost of this shipment will be covered by the Company.

Intellectual Property, Copyrights, and Logos

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of STI INNOVATIONS LIGHTING EQUIPMENT TRADING L.L.C.. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.

You recognize and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artworks, interfaces, any text and literary works) through any means to the website, you confirm that you own all the relevant rights or received the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed at the website.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold STI INNOVATIONS LIGHTING EQUIPMENT TRADING L.L.C. harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall STI INNOVATIONS LIGHTING EQUIPMENT TRADING L.L.C., be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service. 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STI INNOVATIONS LIGHTING EQUIPMENT TRADING L.L.C. assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Right to Change and Modify Terms

The website policies may be changed/updated as per requirements and standards. Hence Customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.

Dispute Resolution

Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Dubai. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
